For the 2005 series we have managed to make the Easy Stacker even better. The noise and vibration levels of the machine have been reduced to a minimum. This means that on the back of the machine you now only hear the tractor that is towing the machine at around 1000 to 1200 rpm. The machine runs very quietly which is not only pleasant for the operator but also means a minimum of wear and tear and very little unnecessary waste. During a test run the Easy Stacker proved itself capable of cutting very young sods with as yet very little strength and rolling them up well.
Because stacking is lighter work with the Easy Stacker than with conventional machines and the Easy Stacker can be operated by just one person, it is a machine that companies thinking of automated stacking might well give serious consideration to. In one company for example one man operating the Easy Stacker by himself was able to achieve one and a half as much as two men using a conventional sod harvester, and that in the same field!
